MicroMagic is an educational platform designed for children, but accounts must be created and managed by an adult. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and are the legal parent or guardian of the child using the Platform.

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Educational Content & Usage

All games, stories, poems, and quizzes provided on MicroMagic are for educational and entertainment purposes. While we strive to provide accurate and enriching content, MicroMagic does not guarantee specific academic improvements or outcomes.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

Users (both parents and children) agree not to:

• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Platform's servers.
• Share accounts across multiple unauthorized households.
• Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to the "Ludo Legends", "The Why Zone", graphics, logos, and software, is the exclusive property of MicroMagic. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we suspect a violation of these Terms, unauthorized access, or abusive behavior.

At MicroMagic, we take your privacy—and especially your child's privacy—very seriously. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we keep it safe.

1. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not require children to provide their personal information (like email addresses or phone numbers) to play our games.

• Account Creation: Accounts are created by parents using the parent's email or phone number.
• Child Profiles: We only collect a display name (which can be a nickname) and an avatar to personalize the child's learning experience.

From Parents: Email address, phone number, and authentication tokens (via Google Auth or Magic Links) to secure your account.

Usage Data: We collect anonymous, aggregated data on game progress, quiz scores, and time spent on the app to help us improve our educational algorithms.

• To provide, maintain, and personalize the MicroMagic experience.
• To generate progress reports for parents.

4. Third-Party Services

We use Google Firebase for secure authentication. Firebase securely handles your login data. We never sell your personal data or your child's data to advertisers or third-party marketers.

5. Data Deletion

Parents can request the complete deletion of their account and all associated child data at any time by contacting our support team. Upon request, all data is permanently wiped from our active servers within 30 days.

MicroMagic uses cookies and similar local storage technologies to ensure our application functions correctly and securely.
